McCree, Roadhog and Winston are all skill match ups.

Lot of health, relatively low damage, with a shield and best movement option in the game. Rush down people and keep the backline pressure strong so your team can capture objectives.
Then clutch your way to solo the point with shields until your team can make it back to the objective, or drop a nerf bomb to clear objective points for overtime/pivotal points

Your assessment is correct. The only two characters in this game with an ounce of complexity are Pharah and Zarya. Pharah requires knowledge of rocket displacement, as well as travel time, as well as requires rhythmic flying in order to aim properly. Zarya requires a great deal of situational awareness due to her bait and punish playstyle.
Your healthy pool is deceptive because your crit box is enormous while actually fighting someone. You essentially have half HP against people who can crit you. It is very nice for escaping afterward and making your way to a health pack.
Her shield is the most powerful in the game because it isn't actually a shield, it's a sponge. It eats literally everything that goes through it it. You can completely negate McCree, Pharah, Reaper, Sodlier, Tracer and Hanzo ultimates with it.

Biotic Field ain't shit. D.Va has the options to deal with it. She can shield to wait it out, she can push him out with dash, she can just dash out and come back once it drops.
Not to mention, she does enough damage up close to ignore it. Shit only heals for 35 every second, she does 24 damage up close seven times a second with body shots. I have killed them through the healing before they could kill me on more than one occasion.

D.Va is semi-hard not because of how to fire, but because you need to really know the map and really make sure your cooldowns count. Also she's so team-based that if your team is shit, she automatically can't do anything good.

With good teams (Or even just one good mercy) you can go solo up against 3 tanks, or multiple squishies. My entire team was standing on payload (defense) in overtime, and enemy DVA launches nuke. I immediately 180 and fly behind a pillar, then come out afterwards with my own nuke (That stuns a reinhart and takes him off the ledge, ruining my nuke but at least getting rid of him) then me and the mercy that flew towards me as I 180'd took on the entire rest of the enemy team. All you need is that heal/buff and you're fucking god

I'd really agree with you there, but then my mind flashes to the times where I'm picking people off at the back and being a nuisance, making them back off a lot from their "chokepoint" but my fucking team doesn't even try to move in. Eliminations are a worthless metric to measure by for almost every single hero. D.va is just flat out worse at harassing the back line than Winston, who is stronger, faster, more durable, and overall just fucking better.
D.va's abilities synergize poorly with other teammates and with herself. Her mobility is only slightly above average, because even though she can fly it's slow as fuck and totally obvious, her defensive ability stops her from doing anything but slowly charging at you, her primary weapon is so laughably weak that she has to ram it up someone's asshole and headshot them to even pretend it's worth holding LMB, and her ult is so laughably easy to shut down it's not even worth sacrificing your shitty mech for.
She's an ult battery like roadhog with a bigger critzone and far less threatening or sustainable. She's a worse harasser than winston. She can't escort payloads like zarya or reinhardt. She can't protect people like Reinhardt. She can't beat on squishies and distract people like winston can. The only reason she exists is so waifushitters can instalock her and then pretend they're doing something useful when their "I did damage to a person who also happened to die" count is high. She's one of the big three shitter instalocks and she doesn't even make up for it like Torb and Bastion by being able to pubstomp.

Widowmaker's sniper mode fires slower, Ult call out is much more noticeable for opposing team.
Mercy cannot revive players whose souls are eaten by Reaper.
Mercy's beam last a moment after it breaks, allowing her to spot heal/buff multiple targets.
Lucio's damage is slightly increased, but rate of healing is reduced.
Symmetra's turrets are on a stacking cooldown, allowing her to place them all rapidly after her spawn, with the actual cooldown being longer.
Zenyatta has two orbs that can either be harmony or dissonance, that he can place as needed. Applying two orbs to a single target applies 150% of the effect, not 200%.
Zenyatta's shields increased by 50, bringing him to 200 health.
Bastion's turret has a short, but loud, spin up animation, and deals just a hair more damage. Self-heal cooldown slightly increased.
D.Va gains damage the longer she fires, but her weapons overheat after sustained fire. Moved to Offense.
Mei freezes enemies slightly slower if they have more than 250 health. Ammo maximum lowered by 25.
Farah replaces 50 health with 50 armor.
Roadhog cannot melee immediately after a pull. Ultimate meter gained from damaging Roadhog is slightly reduced.
All ultimates charge 20% slower in competitive modes.
