i bet blizz put a lot of research into the average time people get bored of the game and designed the level up thing around it. so you'll get bored but realise you're close to levelling up and you'll keep playing to get the box.
kind of like how they calculated when people get bored of diablo 3 and so after a certain amount of time you're guarenteed to get a legendary so that you keep playing.

I went back to Battleborn, because of the PvE and I have after over 30 PvP matches only a few bad experiences.
In Overwatch, the chat is cancer and a "good" chat experiance is really rare.

Blizzard invented this kind of psychoengineering when it comes to games, dude. Hence all the skinnerbox shit in WoW and Diablo. See how Diablo 3, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm and SC2 don't have an exit button on their main menu screen. You have to hit escape to bring up another menu to exit. There's plenty of room on the main menu to add an exit button but they don't have one. They do it on purpose to keep you playing. It's designed that way.
