I often attempt to change direction whilst jumping. Video games make it look so easy but actually it's very difficult. So far I can manage a few inches going in the opposite direction to my jump but I can't really go sideways yet. I will continue to practice.

This, constantly. Pretty much up until first year of college where I had to sit in smaller classrooms and everyone could see me do this shit, so I stopped.
I'd use my whole hands and pretend they were like Mortal Kombat dinosaurs. Like the middle finger was the head, and the two fingers on each side were the right arm and leg and left arm and leg. Sometimes I would use pencils and toothpicks as weapons, or fashion weapons by rolling up papers into really thin and tight tubes and twist the ends to look like spears and glaives and shit. Sometimes I'd wrap little ornaments around the fingers as helmets/pauldrons/bucklers and just have the fighters go to fucking town on each other. The hardest part was trying to balance each weapon on each hand's side to make it look like one "hand" held a weapon.

2. Assassin's Creed has taught me to give people a light push while navigating through a crowd. I also walk with my face facing down and my body a bit inclined forward when I wear a hood.
3. When I'm not feeling well, or (rarely happens) I've just been wounded, I sometimes hold a hand against my stomach while walking, like Leon from RE4.
4. In online games, I sometimes act like a unit from and RTS game and say something like "armed and ready" in the mic when I enter the game.
5. When I was in school, I used to run like Sonic with my hands behind my back.
There's others too, but these are the ones I've noticed more.
