I was sober for both Civil War and XMen Apocalypse. I mildly enjoyed both of them, but definitely not something to rave about. They're pretty transparent and self-aware to be honest, they're just a long action sequence. You should expect as much when you go to see it. I haven't seen it because it doesn't seem to be out in Australia, but I'm interested as to why you enjoyed it because I've only heard negative things. I saw some screen caps and the CGI looks awful, especially those castle walls and Garona. It sort of looks like an awkward live action sequence placed on a shoddy CGI background.
Ever since I saw that first trailer with the over-the-shoulder shot of the Orc approaching a lone warrior in the desert I had a hunch it was going to be bad, because that is some awful cinematography.
Bowie's son is a disgrace
The movie is already making bank outside of the states and there have been a slew of positive reviews from those who have seen it. Just because a few trailers aren't the best representation of the directors vision, does not mean that the movie as a whole is terrible.

A year ago I still liked Blizzard but ever since the Nostalrius issue it seems like a lot of light has been shed over how out of touch they are with the community, as well as some straight up arrogance and incompetency/poor decision making skills. This was present in the past obviously, for example with DotA, but I don't think that nearly as many people were aware.
