As long as the hardware allows that, it's all sony needs. They don't care to compete about having better graphics than the Scorpio. It's futile to do so because the base PS4 is the one that must always be supported, so no matter how many times they upgrade hardware this gen, every game will still be limited by the first PS4/Xbone's power - since the biggest consumer base will forever be in those models
Scorpio won't change a thing for MS's current situation just like PS4neo won't change a thing. They are both responses to the 4K push and media content. Both Neo and Scorpio will be able to run games at 1080p and (hopefully) 60fps standard, which will make the hardcore happy. There is no need to get any more power this gen.

Bravely Default and Bravely Second alone shit on any title that the Vita has. It's not even close.
My Vita hasn't seen use in years, and when it did it was to play indie games from Steam. The shita has nothing worthwhile what so ever.

I had more fun with SMT IV, Devil Survivor 1/2, Etrian Odyssey 4 +the spinoffs than any Vita game. All the good Vita games are either ports or came to Steam.
