If you haven't played MGS1-4 and PW+GZ yet, then no.

If you did, and you are fine with how the series ended with them, then no as well. The TPP's ending (/lack of it) will just leave a bad taste in your mouth.

If you did, and just wanna enjoy somewhat smooth gameplay and neat visuals, not really caring about the lore.... then maybe.
Not worth more than 30 bucks at any case, though.

Plays well. Multiplayer is great, best with freinds. Autismos who delayed suicide for this game are angry about the shitty ending - the game effectively doesn't have a third act due to budget constraints, but still has great stealth gameplay and open levels with two explorable hubs and sidemissions.

With all its faults, I would still recommend it. Agree with what people here said, wouldn't spend more than 30 bucks. It is really, really enjoyable as a quality stealth game but it just doesn't feel like a MG game, that's all.
