Persona is pretty fun. I've played persona 3, 4 and Q and thoroughly enjoyed all of them. You can start with almost any game in the series. Definitely don't start with Q though, it's a terrible way to get started with the series. It's cute, despite how much hate it gets in the fanbase.

The first one I think, though most people will say 3 or 4. Depends on what you want. Old school dark dungeon crawlers with fantastic music (if you play the PSX version, but it's not worth playing that one unless you can read Japanese), or games that have faster, fun unless you're playing FES battle systems, social sim elements, and waifus, then 3 and 4 are better.
If Persona 5 didn't keep getting pushed back we never would have gotten that fake reveal of it also being on PC and all the ensuing butthurt over it not being true

I think one reason is because besides it being Persona they've also been making and remaking a shitton of 3D demon models which they will most likely import to a future SMT game or spinoff.

By far the hardest one for me to guess. She thinks highly of herself, or at the very least she puts up a front of confidence, quite possibly in an attempt to hide an insecure inner self. She seems to be rich and refined to some degree. Perhaps her struggles will involve the idea that she had only ever been friends with her parents' business associates' children, her attendants, and those that her parents saw fit to surround her with.
