Scalebound delayed to 2017 (so 3 years after that E3) and who knows if it won't end up being another UWP app (or PC multiplat, whichever way they opt to do it) like more than half of Xbone exclusives.
GTAV was obviously going to have a port, just like every GTA game ever. 4 was already on PC by that point, it logically follows that 5 would go to PC.
