I work in CDPR outsource.
They have two sets of the same meshes (so, models). One is gameplay set, that ends up in the game. Second one is "investor set", that is pushed into investor presentations and early trailers. That's the source of Sword of Destiny downgrade fiasco.

I just don't think CDPR has it in them to release an actual RPG game where you create your own character and the game changes dynamically based on what you pick or do.
If they do, then RIP Bethesda and any open world "rpgs" they make in the future. I feel like a full, REAL RPG game taking the best aspects of tabletop roleplaying and mixing it with action based gameplay and such just wouldn't work, as that would require Cyberpunk to let players have full freedom and not pursue the scripted narrative to get ahead in the game.
