All arabs are pretty much muslims, but not all muslims are arabs. Arabs are indigenous to the arabian peninsula, you know?
Still, arab culture completely dominates northern africa and the middle east, which is a shame, really. So many indigenous cultures were wiped out during the muslim expansion.
