Actually i find characters based around harassment great in games. Everyone has a counter in this game so it never feels unfair

Widowmaker is the only character that can "counter" turrets. Trob's turrets have literal instant start up, deal big damage, and fucking spin 360 degrees on a dime to aim at you. You can kill turrets as Pharah but enjoy the fucking 10 HP you'll have after.

Junkrat makes Pharah almost irrelevant unless you're a REALLY REALLY good Pharah.
Junkrat has better area denial, still gets direct hit damage, can mine jump to reach high places, hardly needs to aim his gun compared to Pharah, and his Ult is arguable.

It's just a slower projectile with windup and cooldown. It benefits from very low damage falloff and absolute perfect accuracy.
Literally every character uses projectiles. If you've played the game, then you have practiced the basics of ice sniping.
