either way, why is that Ningen fake always used as a "deep web" image? It's pretty common and is like one of the first images to pop up if you search for it. It's just a half-mythical sea creature thing people can't disprove because the sea is so big, it's not really a deep web thing. Wales are already real anyways so it's not even scary.
In reality I just like taking about Ningen, which is Japanese for human for some reason.
Pokemon should probably be moved down to that weird guy since Nintendo already covers Pokemon and most Pokemon "gamers" look just like that
