I unironically think DaS3 has the most entertaining bosses in the series (if we're comparing base games, that is). Oceiros isn't even that hard of a fight, but the atmosphere is superb and its an entertaining battle.

Fight your way down the sloped bridge that has a skeleball on it, then make your way through the path until you come across another skeleball. There should be a bonfire there. So from there you go down a ledge, and explore the halls until you find your way to a chasm, on that path should be a bridge that is heavily hinted at being old or wrickity. Take a step on it, destroy it, and then turn around to unlock the path to the boss.

That's what most of the sources I've seen say.
It's probably a bit more complicated than that, but all testing I've done has shown that newer accounts get summoned almost instantly while me, and my friend's 6+ year old accounts don't get summoned at all. This also seems to apply to the watchdogs as well as the moons.
