Metroid most of all. He'd go on about Super Metroid's improvements, the steps back Fusion took, the conversion to 3D in Prime, and how awful Other M is.
Other than that, I'd like to see either Rayman (1, 2, 3, Origins, and Legends) or Mother (1, 2, & 3). They aren't quite as meaty as, say, Metal Gear or Zelda, so he'd hopefully be able to do videos relatively quickly.
