So if I can offer any kind of advice for Bison it'd be: Patience and blocking. His AA game is sadly horrible, f.j.mp isn't as reliable as it was in 4 but thankfully it still juggles pretty easily so consider than as an option too. When you're going in try to use his crush counter buttons as much as possible while still mixing it up. Buffer ex.devils reversal even while opponent is blocking everything, if he doesn't AA you(its not as easy as it seems) then its safe on block, if you get a hit its decent damage. He really has to rely on confirming his hits correctly so use your vtrigger to help you with that, activate it after a bicycle kick, if on block you're still safe and could go for a crossup dash into anything, if it hits you can do big damage by burning meter.
Don't forget to use his ex.projectile to lure opponent into jumping, you can setup the f.j.mp for some nice jugglan.
