The port was botched and the game itself is just a content laden theme park- tons to do and absolutely no reason to do any of it. Killed the series in my opinion, really unsure of bioware after this one.

Dragone Age as awhole is not a very good RPG series, but Origins was good enough. 2 and Inqusition are just shit.

it's definitely quantity over quality. if you can find pleasure n completing zones and all the optional filler shit you can put in a good of hours.
Its just ok. Got Boring for me personally and never bothered to finish. While origins and even 2 held me enough to go all the way through. Also broke the game after I got my specialization. Basically was able to one shot midst things. Sad..I wanted to like it

Disappointing. There are several parts in the story that that grips the attention, but the results ends up extremely bland and disappointing. The companions are forgettable too.
I'd recommend it if you are a long time fan of the series.

Yes, it's actually a good game. I loved all the different cultures and locations and some missions were pretty good. Also they finally added tons of stuff to the lore and expanded it.
The fetch quests are many, yes, but now basically every RPG is an offline MMO.
