Record things several times over. so repeat a scene three or four times. (or take the same route a few times with the same loadout if playing something multiplayer). Then you can mix and match the footage and do some cool editing tricks. In hollywood they have two cameras running and shoot the scene several times.

One's a shitty meme compilation of just having fun and failing hard. Those are easy to make since you'll have lots of footage of that so you just have to splice together the good parts and make it funny.

One thing I know helps me is to have a schedule, or a deadline. Give yourself 5 days to make a video, doesn't matter if it's good or not. You can probably finish an entire video in less than a day.
