I didn't mind Clark getting the bulky makeover seeing how he is more of a grappler type character but Ralph just doesn't look right.

I agree with you, but Ralf and Clark were literally beef tanks in XIII so I think this is a slight improvement. I kind of think it looks good for them rather than their skinnier looks that they had in the older games.
