Yeah, just pay attention to the battle system. If you're trying to 100% it then you'll need to grind endgame, but just going through the story and not running from every enemy gets you all the skills you need. Money and items are plentiful meaning you only have to worry about party synergy.

There was a game Atlus USA bought over. Also I think uninfinte discovery or something like that.
Genuinely got me into Chopin's music and had an enjoyable battle system.
Chopin himself doesn't have much impact on the plot and feels like an observer, which is kind of a waste of potential.
Definitely worth a play, just doesn't do enough with the concept to be all that memorable.

It's alright the ending is horseshit though, it's slightly better on PS3.
The monster variety is terrible even for a JRPG.
Photos are OP as fuck but they nerfed it in the PS3 version.
The game explains the plot to the point of tedium.
Some characters are way, way better than others.
That said faults aside I played finished both versions.
