for the love of god don't get a 960, Maxwell is relatively bad at async compute and its poor performance in DX12 is only going to hurt it moving forward

dial down on everything else if you need to but you need to spend more on your GPU, maybe look into buying used because you could easily get a 4690k, a decent mobo, and DDR3 RAM for under 300 bucks if you just look around. just make sure you set aside ~300-350 dollars for the GPU alone.

the SSD and PSU should definitely be purchased new though. your SSD is expensive but Samsung drives have exceptionally low failure rates and the extra reliability is worth the premium imo. you really don't need a 750W PSU and that specific Thermaltake unit is pretty bad. this one is better, cheaper, and should be more than enough for your needs. just look up a PSU tier list otherwise and consult it before you make your final decision.

I strongly advise you wait a couple more weeks for the new cards to drop, the R9 480 and GTX 1070 are perfect if you're looking to build a budget rig right about now and I can't really recommend anything else atm

Pretty sure you'll be able to find 970 - 980ti for under 200 soon.
