It's hard to explain, theres nothing like it. You have to plant color trees and chase color fireflies so you can feed color to the beautiful naked sisters and use magic glyphs to defeat the brothers or you can join the brothers and kill the sisters, the game has like 15 endings.
It's hard as balls at first and you may need a guide and a million different save slots to complete it but it's completely worth it.
The Void is how you make an "art" game.

And yes, you can loot houses safely, as long as you aren't in LOS of male inhabitants nobody will attack you. It actually makes the game piss easy, unless you're ok with feeling like a faggot for robbing people of their last crumbs in time of epidemic. Its kinda justified when you play as Klara though

Anyone here backed the Pathologic remake kikestarter? Normally don't but I trust these guys.
Their updates aren't exactly frequent but they seem promising. Last one I saw had ingame screenshots and a big list of exactly how different the remake's going to be from the original which was super interesting.

Fill up her second heart and she gets her hope back. The way she changes from passively waiting for death to actually wanting to be saved does things to my heart. Her VA nails the lines, too.
Not a waifu kind of guy but the Void girls are wonderfully fucked up. They did a great job of making you want to be manipulated.
