As someone who likes to play Soldier 76 Mei is literally Hitler.
If I run into her I might as well just stand still and accept my fate.
Her freeze ray always freezes me just before I can finish her off.
The only person that actually needs to be nerfed without a doubt is Lucio. Nothing too extreme, just take away 50 of his HP.
Other than that, I think everyone is fine. Maybe buff a few people.

6v6 makes it so even if you're actually supporting as Zenyatta it's still a lost slot to a more useful character like Lucio or Torbjorn.
Mei is the Pyro of Overshill. Arguably one of the closest approximation of the class.

Getting close to a Mei as Reaper is a death sentence. She freezes you before you can kill her, the phantom form is only good for running away from her but I wouldnt consider having an option to flee as a counter to her. If anything it just shows how pathetically strong she is right now.
She needs a 50 HP health reduction. There is no reason why she should have 250 HP.

A Reaper that can aim will either kill a Mei or force her to freeze herself before she can freeze him. Only bad Reapers lose that matchup.
