It has Intel Integrated, and I've only completed one playthough of NV, at an average 15 FPS.
I had to use melee only because the FPS was so bad that aiming was impossible.

This is what NV looked like for me.
I'm usually very tolerant of bad graphics, because my laptop limits me to playing games made before 2004 most of the time, but it was the fact that turning graphics down did nothing to help. I remember walking near that skydiving place near Primm, and getting shot by Powder Gangers who were beyond my tiny render distance.
I lost like 50 HP and two stimpaks before I saw a tracer coming from the distance, and followed it's origin point.
I roleplayed that getting shot in the head fucked the Courier's eyesight and vision up really badly, but out of pride he refused to wear any glasses, so he'd often see objects 'fade' in and out depending on how close he was. It was pretty much the only way I could play without quitting from frustration.

You also have the TTW additional plugins which make F3 more integrated with FNV. Capital Wasteland faction system and recipes, GRA challenges for the DLC, and the Lone Courier dialogue which makes the writing seem less awful.
My one fault with it is the inclusion of the horrible F3 perks.
