Well I don't know him on a personal level so I can't comment on his person, that'd just be silly of course.
I have spent thousands of hours on games he has worked on and I will probably continue to enjoy them for a long time. Skyrim, Fallout 4, Oblivion, Fallout 3.

He's a fucking moron who loves to put in lots of stuff that looks good in web articles but in the game is a pile of shit, like level scaling, "unlimited quests", voiced main character, and the infamous YOU CAN CLIMB IT
It's an absolute shame he's in charge of both TES and Fallout. He may not be the reason they use a completely garbage engine, can't code or animate to save their lives, and fill their games with inaccuracies and completely illogical quests/storylines, but the major "features" that are always shit are definitely his doing.

Oh man I love Todd Howard, he's just an all around good guy and a friend. Me and my wife was his neighbor a couple of years ago and he was over for dinner a couple of times. This one time while I was preparing the food my wife was having trouble putting together a shelf we had recently bought in the bedroom, so Todd being the awesome friend that he is went in there and helped her with the shelf while I finished making the food.
Must have been something wrong with the shelf though since they were fixing it every time he was over for dinner. Oh well, what can you do? Fucking Ikea right? Haha.
