Don't get me wrong, rime spell + admixtured fireball is nice and all, but you're a wizard and can't spontaneously use metamagic. You pretty much dedicated that fireball slot to being cold. A lot of fucking good that's doing you when we're in the middle of Tolkien Siberia, Luthandriel.
