KH combat system is trash. KH2 it's even more of a mash fest, especially when you get Riku near the end and then it turns into mashing X then mashing Triangle to pull off gravity defying combos you don't feel like you're pulling off. The game plays itself at this point.

I like KH, they are fun games with just the right amount of depth to their combat, but I prefer the way other games deal with many things that KH doesn't excel at, like stats and weapond variety. Mickey actually shows up in the games. I guessing that because of Mickey's role in the game as a King, and Goofy's role as one of his knights/Captain of the Guard, Mickey's emblem kind of makes sense to be on the shield.
