a friend of mine took someone's project M pack with 60 characters and is balancing them one by one.
so far he balanced half the roster. he plans on releasing it.
it has Lucina (different moveset), all the PM characters including Lyn/Knuckles, a playable Issac and Sami, and included Cloud, Palutena, Littlemac, Ryu, Megaman, and Robin from Smash 4 with their Smash 4 movesets.

What the hell is half of this nonsense? Most of the stuff you guys are shouting about is stuff that the PM crew worked on either post development, or stuff that was probably scrapped.
Its interesting, but nothing worthwhile, and outside of concept art, half of the leaked stuff seems like shit pulled form brawl vault. Why are people thinking this source is so reliable?
