This is my #1 gripe with the game right now.
Secondaries were more interesting before the changes, at least every job wasn't crit > det > speed back then.
Even back in 1.X though, we had stats like enmity and effects on weapons like fire damage or absorb HP, and armor that boosted job abilities.
I can't take much more of this boring ass gear system.

I'm also a DRG main, Estinien is a thick headed idealist and a bit of a tsundere but he was a nice character, especially by the end of 3.0 when he was finally starting to get more tolerant after Iceheart's sacrifice. I was looking forward to see him playing a larger role and maybe even taking up her ideals but he got posessed.
