Lengthy list of nit-picky things that detract from my enjoyment of the game:
Getting to a perch as a non-flying character usually requires going over, up, around, and across
There are times when you're presented with left or right and if you go left, you'll loop back around and go backwards instead of forward
Randomly scattered waist high non-destructible objects that your character gets caught on while being bounced around, or that your projectiles or hook collide with while fighting in a room
Destructible terrain things that will absorb a projectile or stop your forward movement until they're destroyed (and these objects don't break uniformly, some weapons like Mei's M1 or Winston or a few others take multiple shots or a melee)
Varied z-axis terrain (sloped stairways, hills, ramps, etc) that cause weird as fuck interaction with Roadhog's hook, or any time you're bounced by something (Lucio E, Parah, etc)
Not being able to see teammate's health as Soldier 76.
Roadhog's hook being wonky as fuck, about 1/5th of the time the target ends up behind, beside, inside, or stopped by a piece of terrain / object on the map

Even though almost every character is broken and easy mode and simplified, there are some who have to work way fucking harder to get kills than others.
I play a shitload of Lucio, its by far my favourite character and attempting to kill fucking anything one on one is pure attrition with so much dodging and switching to heals, backing off making sure spacing is right, looking for environmental drops constantly and attempting to avoid as much damage and hit head shots with the gun. Then a Pharah farts in and shoots rockets at her feet with no self damage.
Dirty Bomb is the fucking only game where playing a medic you can go toe to toe with every other class. Mercy is boring as all fuck and Zen has to sit too far back for my liking.
Extremely low skill ceiling, designed so that even the shittiest of players will still get kills
