I agree. Mercy's heal is great, so is her dps boost, but most of the time the situation requires you to heal up multiple teammates at once because the enemy won't pick just one and ignore the rest. I like playing both, but often with Mercy you can't handle healing up everyone because they're all over the place and flying around makes you quite vulnerable.
Lucio is able to heal everyone within his range just by standing around and pressing E and can defend himself or run away while Mercy has to be protected by someone because she'll get focused and killed. Be honest, when you play solo, do you protect your Mercy if there is one? I bet most of you don't. It's more of a chore than fun, no?

His main problem is that he dies to a light breeze, but this is far less of a problem then you'd think it would be because the upper 66 percent of his health regenerates if you avoid combat for a small period of time.

I'm not that experienced with shooters. Overwatch is the first I've bought personally since Orange Box came out years ago. I grabbed it because it was becoming clear it's where all the friends I play with were migrating to for a while.
This is the first thing I started to notice. The most common thought I have in a given match is "God damn it, I need to play this guy, huh?" so as to counter a certain character or pair ont he enemy team. It leaves me little downtime to learn to play other kinds of characters.

The 250 HP goes so far. Reaper gets frozen even in range, allowing for that sweet fuck you headshot, same for mcree.
Any regular sized human doesn't stand a chance. Even sonicnigger gets slowed down and dispatched without issue.
The charge shot is incredibly powerful and accurate, so freezing a tank, getting off a few shots, walling up them in a corner, and repeating is super easy if it's 1 on 1.
The wall also handles Hanzo and Widow since you can put in on ledges/buildings.

She can be good on defense if you place he turrets in annoying spots. But yeah, they should be a little stronger, her ult fire sucks, her gun kinda sucks in general, 25 armor is fucking useless, they should just give her a different ability from that, not even buff that, just remove it and replace it.
Her ult is very useful though and can be clutch as fuck

The most useless skill. You aren't invisible, so I'll just calmly follow your slow trajectory and start freezing again, or just heal up if you dealt damage, and freeze you as soon as you materialize. I've yet to die with any character to that run and hide tactic.

Because she's basically completely immobile while she's firing, AND has to be point-blank at the same time. There's no way to actually kill anyone because she can't stay in an effective range for her M1 as long as your target holds down S.
If they buffed her move speed while firing then she'd be workable, but right now she's absolute shit.
