What I did was plan when they come home and then make sure I was exercising. Buy a used treadmill cheap or a set of weights for the garage. When they see you exercising you spend an extra 10 minutes doing that then go spend a few minutes with them inside. Tell them you stink then go jerk off and take a shower. Your excuse now becomes: "I'm too tired to do anything else." It makes them think you're doing something and not wasting your life. But mostly they are personally too tired to exercise after work and think you're better than them so they give you less shit. Now they think they're better than you because they pity your computer only life. Flip the script.

My mom actually destroyed a video game in front of me because I bought it when I was like 14 and she said I should have saved money for Mother's Day. Eat and then go to work at 14:20, arrive home from work at 19:00.
Then from 19:00 to 00:00 play videogames.
I play about 3 to 4 hours of Dota 2/Battlefield 4/Dirty Bomb/Elite Dangerous a day.
Then on weekends (I start the weekend on friday as I don't work fridays) are arrive home friday 12:60 and play videogames until Monday come. Unless I have an assignment or an exam in which case I study and get it done.

What can I do? There's no such thing as entry level jobs any more. Trade skills are now taught at schools. Apprenticeships don't exist any more. I could teach myself how to code but what does that give me? I don't have any money for certs nor do I have any experience.

I hate commuting more than anything else in this world and will do everything in my power to cut my drive time down. That extra 1-2 hours every day 5 days a week is more worth it to me than a slightly higher cost of living.

I'm talking from experience. I would cry myself into sleep because of what I did and how I behaved, every single fucking knight for 4 years. But I couldn't change it. When I told myself I would do it now, I would start but soon an indescribable feeling of fear and anxiety would overcome me and I would just drop it.
If not for my mother and the her support, I wouldn't have overcome it at all. Overcoming depression alone is neigh impossible.

I just spent all day laying in bed, sleeping. Then he'd kick me out so I'd spend all day in the forest until I developed severe hypothermia a few times and had to go to the hospital.
Then I was made a ward of the state and I was entirely ignored disregarding the occasional beating.
Now I'm 21 and just lay in bed all day, crying and wishing I weren't born. I OD's on a variety of medications a few weeks ago which panicked by mum, but it sadly wasn't enough to kill me.
