It's probably going to be Hammerfell. The real question is if they're gonna continue the Thalmor storyline, will they actually let us interact with it? In Skyrim we really did fuckall besides stopping or finishing a civil war and killing a big dragon. We did almost nothing to the Thalmor as a whole. We pissed off a few of their dignitaries and agents but on the whole we didn't do anything to them and they were only kinda in the story as a backdrop for why shit's happening.

I don't really care where it will be, but I hope that levelling and classes are improved on.
I think that the race differences should be more important, and maybe add in several types of the same race that make small differences (for example, muscular nord is better at using heavy weapons, while smaller nord better at using daggers or as more stamina). Choosing whatever race you want for the point of aesthetics is fine but people are robbed of the chance to play a race they want because it doesn't suit their playstyle. More options would be nice.

I don't even know how involved he was with Morrowind but the vast majority of the writing was him and some other guy (Khulman or something) who's pretty based when it comes to the lore. He has done a lot of writing outside of the games. The teslore subreddit mainly covers all the batshit crazy aspects of the lore and a lot of that references stuff that Kirkbride wrote and posted on forums and things.
