That's possible, but I really don't think that "Trained by witches" upbringing was typical of the Gerudo Kings. Or even that Gerudo witches were reasonably common. No one in Hyrule seems to be aware of the Twinrova witches, and giving the ruler the title "King of Thieves" suggests they're not famed for magical powers.
There's arguments to be made about the particulars. Hell we don't know what an expected lifetime of a Gerudo is, and they might be expected to live 100 years, but magic is the common factor in those with longevity.

King of Thieves is a singule title that comes from being king of the Gerudo or is just a carry over from older games where Ganondorf was also called that. Ganondorf has always had magical abilities and has used those abilities to steal and raid from people. One doesn't really have to be all that sneaky to steal when magic is involved.
The witches did live to 400 for each, but then again clearly they are witches so thats up in the air due to magic shenanigans
