every souls fight (besides bed of chaos and other gimmick fights) ever
run up to boss
press rb 2-3 times depending on weapon and your confidence
roll out of the way by pressing b and left or right of the bosses attack
start the steps over until he dies

A fun boss fight, some new dialogue with Gehrman and the Doll, and the only good arcane weapon.
Play footsies. Really, you need to either hit like a truck or be agile enough to dance around him

You can stun him with your gun for a visceral attack. It helps knock down his life the fastest to get to his second form and not waste resources.
What SL are you OP? Weapon? Stats? Using any buffs?
Backstab the shit out of him. Easy fight once you know how to do that.
