The PS3 Japanese game, actually includes the "full English audio embedded into cutscene movies" all 7 GB of them,
NOTE YOU CANNOT CHANGE THEM TO ENGLISH ON A STOCK PS3 THERE IS NO OPTION IN THE GAME
What I find fascinating is the video lip-syncing fits perfectly with the English voice, but was out of sync with the default Japanese voice - did they accidentally put the English video files in the Japanese game or just didn't bother doing lip-sync videos for both audios? -
I'm thinking about all the Japanese complaints on how they are saying the voice is out of sync and now it makes sense - that is another major bug tri-Ace overlooked, just more proof the game is rushed.
if you make the change in this file (change the third option to English), the "video" cutscenes will play with English audio. (if you mess with the other options it will crash the ps3).
