I'd go with the 3do, but they're both total shit.
The gizmondo really is the worst though. It had a vertical screen and had no games on it. The CEO was associated with the mafia and he got in legal trouble with his car (I think it was a car crash).
Ouya gets an honorable mention for not being terrible, but not having a reason to exist. A niche product that doesn't fill a niche.
