I hear gun range demo #2131 is pretty good for like 2 seconds so is roller coaster demo #4296.
Subnautica has VR support again. It was pretty good when I played it on the DK2.
Legend of Dungeon has a remarkably good VR mode for the type of game it is too.

Those games don't look interesting to you because you're watching somebody else play them on a 2D screen.
Though I think motion controllers are a must for VR. Even if you're sitting down, having your hands directly in the game changes so much.
