arica harbor is the best rush map in any battlefield game, i can still remember trying to defend the first 2 points with mines all over the place while the opossing side had 6 tanks, the constant sieging in the small garage in the A point of the second phase, nothing in bf3 or 4 came close that because maps are strictly made to be conquest based.

personally conquest has always been boring for me in theory its supposed to be a squad based game with a commander giving orders and support but in reality squads don't matter unless you're playing with friends, planes and attack helicopters are camped by the same guys that never give support, points are captured by one person and then everyone forgets about them, etc. you get my point.

KOTH maps are fun, Overwatch's issues is that it's really tight corridors on A/D maps. If they added more alternative paths and added more open areas, it would be better.
I think that's part of the reason why people think Bastion is OP, he just has good map advantage compared to the others.
Still like the game though, I might buy it later down the line but I don't think I'll preorder it.

Seriously, Overwatch has ripped off the level design theory to TF2 so much it's laughable. It's taken the same style of geometry and chokes, health despite lacking class parity, singular player driven emergence, character movement that allows for a skill ceiling in skirmishes, and a general lack of skill in general, not even mentioning those fucking ultimates. It's a goddamned shitshow.
