A low skilled player wants to overcome and win so when others aren't carrying their weight it makes them that much angrier and it really doesn't matter the gender it could be anything that singles people out as being a problem whether it's region, age or rank in game

I think the point really goes for anything, then people are bad at games they rage, when they rage they attack easy targets which are generally minorities.
