If i want to Patch a pirated version of Wticher 3 to a higher version do i need to patch it step by step to the latest patch? Like if my version is 1.02, do i need to download 1.03,1.04...... all the way to 1.12?

you will need a new crack for the patch normally too

I've played through the story and all the DLC on xbone so far (actually had no issues) but I'd really like to upgrade my graphics card because I know how much more enjoyable games are on PC.
