One of the things I appreciate about NeoGAF is how everyone is accepted and respected, regardless of gender, ethnicity or religious views. We tolerate each other and we have that mutual respect. It doesn't matter whether you have a disability or not, we're all gamers and we're here to talk about the good stuff, which is games. Now I personally have a disability that affects me as a gamer and though it has affected me personally my whole life, I was playing Uncharted 4 mutli-player last night and it became apparent that there were some visual elements that we're unsuitable to my playing experience because of my disability. As you can probably guess, I am colour blind. (We spell colour with a 'u' in England so please don't feel I'm purposefully misspelling the word.)

I'm color blind too but it's mild so I can live with games having samey colors. The only game where it was useful to turn on the color blind mode was Witcher 3.
Even if it's something that "sets me apart" from other people (read 45% of the male population...), I'm not crying about it.
I mean, I'm a nurse and have trouble with blood tubes colors. I won't go and throw a tantrum about it at the hospital direction. I just ask my colleagues if it's the good one and move on.

This. The gray parts looks like they belong to a 2 but it has gaps that are made of various other colors. The brain is good at trying to recognize things it knows even if they are partially obscured so you will see a false 2 or maybe 8.
