Newest nfs was pretty disappointing. Great customization and handling. Cops were lame, too easy to run from.
Most races were drifting, i like drifting, but not enough for 2/3rds the game.

Finished nfsu2 just recently.
I didn't like the rubberbanding ai and forced drifting and openworld aspects and retarded things you had to do for new races to appear.
It had some fun customization though, some cool cars, ok handling and legit hard drag stages.
The corolla and Rx-7 were my carfu's

I love the drag racing and that point-to-point shit. Not everything has to be a circuit.
Cool games, but wildly inconsistent quality in the soundtracks though when you have dogshit like Rush next to The Animals.

UNDERGROUND 2 blew & no, I'm not just ape-ing what gaming magazines were writing about it. Open-world was such a hassle to drive thru & killed something I liked about NFS with future releases: a fucking main menu. Save for both Most Wanted's & Hot Pursuit or whatever, there hasn't been a great inning in the series in ages
