You posted it. The DS + GBA libraries are just gold. 3DS is pretty good but I don't think it has as many quality games as the GBA did. And no, the GBC did not have that large of a quality library, especially in comparison.
About the only other system which might compete is the Wii + GameCube, but I'm not sure if it had that many great titles compared to just a large number. SNES was really good, but outdone by DS + GBA together (even ignoring the number of GBA ports).
