A good racing game for people who may be bored of conventional racing games. Excitebots has you do all sorts of weird stunts constantly. Throw a dart at a dart board, ram a big soccer ball into a giant goal, grind on a rail and collect music notes, etc. And the whole time, you're boosting off jumps and trying to stick the landing to get an additional boost when you touch the ground.

Wanted to like this so much but overall it was disappointing. While the general gameplay is as good as ever, there's just too much repetition whenever the characters change and a lot of it was garbage filler. Apparently it was made by some of the people who created the original XCom series who have now been exiled to work on C tier projects. I actually had a lot of fun being encouraged to rush in and blast limbs off of robots while smashing them on the ground with the butt of my rifle. I also enjoyed learning to use the Bosonic charge to knock and entire room to the ground and stop everything's head off while my teammate sing me praises.

I only wished it was a little bit longer so you can experiment with squads a bit more. My favorite area in the game was the very final charge to the final boss where you have the entire team (that's around) charging to the final boss while you tear shit up. More enemies, boss fights, and weapon variety would have been nice too but it's a budget game.
The Yakuza team are very talented. I loved the world they made and it was a great idea that the game starts as some black-ops military shooter in the slums, then you get to be fugitives in the rich part of the city. It's a great way to make the world memorable without having to explain it to you for an hour.
Turn off the voice controls.

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing Final Cut
They seamlessly combined the trilogy into a single game you can beat with a single character, and overhauled all 3 games and finished the third one. It's got good and tempered writing that doesn't try anything too flashy or retarded, it's just a simple and enjoyable story, the VA is neat, too, and the banter and dialogue between the two protagonists is pretty good.
Gameplay is fun, I haven't played Diablo or other traditional hack and slashes like that but it's supposed to be in vein of those and very similar to Diablo 2.

There's a central hub where you get to choose which area you want to go to on a map (there's usually three per chapter) and each area has an outpost, helipad, artillery support and other objectives you need to take over. The areas are pretty large and you can go to a different one and come back to where you were by accessing the sewers. Fuck yes, I loved this game. It has the same effect as picture related.
The match against Crack was literally hell though. Sean Paul or the waifu match has nothing on that fucking cage match. On the highest difficulty he counters LITERALLY FUCKING EVERYTHING as long as he's not low on stamina, and his recovery is somehow always faster than the player even though he's a slow piece of shit. Only thing that even comes close is that fight where you team up with Method Man, but he starts off half dead. If he goes down too fast, the fight becomes literally unwinnable because the other two niggers will just tagteam you with no chance to recover.

Play this ( and the DLC) whether you like story driven games or not. The gameplay is ass, but by God everything else is 10/10. The ending made me cry too.
