I ran system requirements lab on this game and everything checks out except for my CPU speed which is 1.4 GHz instead of 2.4. Does anyone know if it can still run on my computer?

Game should run fine, I imagine, I don't think it was very CPU intensive.
Whats your VGA like? RAM and VGA is where TW1 would bottleneck most of the time.

Should run fine, maybe with long loading screens, maybe a big slow when there are computations like moving grass or weather or whatever, although if they did their job right those would be solved in the GPU.
However if you are on a laptop, it might heat. Try it, its cheap, should run. Have fun.
