As for the PS1 emulator, find ePSXe, and go to emuparadise. You can google both those, they're not hard to find.
Half-Life, Counter-Strike and plenty of mods are the way to go (like Half-Quake, They Hunger, the now standalone SVEN CO-OP).
I think the celeron can run Source games, probably not, so don't get your hopes up if you wanna play Portal or Left 4 Dead.

Generally you can play any game from the PSWii60 era of gaming, albeit with reduced settings.
Be glad you aren't paired with an Intel integrated GPU, as they're abysmal. I had a laptop with a ULV I5 and a 730m and could run most games at decent settings, just be prepared to sacrifice some settings to raise others.
