Oh, I do keep track. If I eat it immediately, it just tastes like regular semen. But if I let it settle for a few days to where it glops up and becomes the consistently of soft glue then it has a really bitter taste. This stays fairly consistent for a couple of weeks then suddenly BAM! It starts tasting sweet. It should also be noted that at this point, scraping it off leaves the skin underneath agitated and raw. I don't know if it helps, but sometimes the sweetness carries an undercurrent of peanut butter to it.
