Certain Affinity, who did Halo 4's multiplayer, did Doom's multiplayer which explains why it's shit

Snap Map is okay and they made it pretty in depth but doesn't beat out traditional map modding cause you really can't put much in the maps

I'm interested, can you tell me about other multiplayer gamemodes? which ones are fun and active? because apparently TDM is the worst one, but also the most popular by default so people get a bad impression of the multiplayer

I kinda like multiplayer but I got burned out after few hours.

I had same problem with titanfall and MGS V multiplayer, they are totally fun but I get bored of them really quickly while I can play unreal, quake or CS forever.

freeze tag, domination, and warpath have been my favorite modes. I don't really like the demons because if they see you, its almost impossible to avoid them, so freeze tag is my favorite because the rounds rarely last long enough for the runes to spawn

Thats because UT, Quake, and maybe even CS, have something known as "depth" which has been absent from the majority of games since 2007.
