I like the Forza games. Try Sunset Overdrive or Ryse. Both are pretty cheap now.
Forza 6. Even if you're not the biggest racing fan, this game could make you one. Its brilliant in every way. Owning an Xbox One without Forza 6 makes no sense whatsoever as this is the only great experience unique to the system. Everything else has problems.
Quantum Break. Personally, I loved this game. Good combat. Good Story. It's got problems, but what game doesn't. Should only take 10 hours, which I appreciate as I have limited time.
Sunset Overdrive. I think this may be free on gold...possibly ended recently. Great combat, but that's all its got going for it.
Halo 5 or MCC. Your mileage may vary. You probably know if you like Halo or not.

MCC is worth it even if you are meh on halo.
It's 4 games, 2 of them remastered, for 60$ with a 5th for an extra 5$; and you can probably get a copy for a lot less then 60$ due to the poor launch it had.
It's tremendously good deal, even if the MP isn't that active due to the buggy launch.. It's still 4 good ass campaigns for a single price.
