>be pretty competent dark souls player
>have beaten every game on multiple ng+ including every boss solo at some point
>pick up a ps4 and bloodbourne
>gaming is kicking my ass
Fucking hell, I've lost 50k blood souls whatever at least three times, last time because of a fucking boulder in a chalice dungeon.
Still, fun game.
git gud

someone is too used to hiding behind a shield
>>338003342
dark souls was rolls souls anyways, bloodborne just takes away the shield and removes a lot of the iframes from your dashes. dash into attacks and you'll be fine.

It's easy once you stop trying to play it like a souls game. Visceral attacks are easy as fuck to pull off and do nice damage so learn to do them.
>never played a souls game before
>pick up bloodborne because everyone sucks it off
>its hard as tits
>have to grind yharnam for literally 10 hours until i was leveled enough to actually start progressing
>put in over 30 hours and still haven't beaten it yet
put me in the ground senpai

Once you learn to be aggressive and fast it's a lot easier

Roll into attacks and be aggressive as fuck baby. BB is one big bully-off, just get in they face and be fearless = profit
C'mon big guy you got this

This is like what Salt and Sanctuary wanted to be.
How do i beat chalice dungeon Rom

>removes a lot of i-frames
What? If anything there are more

While I was never a shield abuser in DS there's no denying my play style is distance and cautious, getting attacks and retreat.
But you're saying BB rewards aggressiveness? Interesting.
Game feels ten billion times smoother than any DS game too and the atmosphere is top notch.
I found it far easier
the ridiculously fast healing and i-frames made every boss a joke, not to mention the parries
